His quotes are totally out as he will quote on tye bare basics not the whole job. A 45 000 quote turned into over 30 000 worth of extras. The tiled areas are 3 different hights. The sperate toilet was not placed in the center of the room. If you ask him to build cupboards then the shelves in the cupboard are extra. He told me the job was complete so i did a final inspection and i am not a builder but i could see things not complete. Like caulking. Grouting etc...and that is not half the things
