All of the gates are open 24/7. There was a drive by shooting a few days ago outside the complex and there was nothing preventing those criminals from entering the complex. I took my trash out on my way to work at 5am and there was a homeless person asleep at the dumpster. I’ve lost count on the number of homeless people I’ve seen here, some doing drugs onsite. PLEASE DONT MOVE HERE. A horrible place to live. Anybody can be nice when they are selling you an apartment in a hazardous, neglected and unlivable complex. I currently don’t have water right now, it’s been like this for over 24 hours. Never got notified, never got an update. I had to call the office for over an hour before I got a hold of Tyneal or Tynell, just for her to say it will be done in 30 minutes. 4:45 pm rolls around and I call again, same woman said they are working on it. Took a tour today with Tyneal she was amazing. She made the process so easy from tour to application. I’m excited to move in
The staff in the office are amazing people and very understanding, glad I chose this place as my first apartment!
