Loved my experience with ZaZaZoo! I contacted them on Instagram to book an appointment and got a reply instantly, it was a very detailed response with all the info I was asking for about what products they use. 10/10 customer service. It’s a very nice and clean salon, all the tools are sanitised and clean. They looked at an inspo pic I gave them and did so well to match the colours and design! So talented! I live in New Zealand and I am just on holiday, but if I lived in Chicago I would definitely make this my go to salon!
I wanted to share my experience at this location. I’ve passed this establishment for years on my way home from work and finally decided to get a no-chip French manicure. As a busy working mom, I rarely make time for self-care and was long overdue. Staff was kind and nice, I came in for a gel x removal since I needed them off with short notice. My natural nails got filed so so so thin and uneven that I genuinely can’t do anything without them bending and breaking. I showed my usual nail lady and she was horrified this has never happened with my nails before
Great experience at Zazazoo! Friendly staff, clean and stylish place, and amazinggg results. I loveddd! They really pay attention to every detail and make you feel comfortable. Highly recommend. I’ll definitely be back!!!!!🥰
