Very disappointing experience with Andrew Zazaian, DO’s office. I have never actually seen the doctor—only nurse practitioners and residents since 2024. My appointments were canceled multiple times in 2025, and after fixing an insurance issue, I was finally scheduled for April 6. Then suddenly, they called and said they are no longer accepting me as a patient. The front desk staff (Randy) was extremely rude and unprofessional, making the entire experience even worse.
