I came to Zaza nails because it’s closer to my house. I was to another facility and they literally went above and beyond and I was always happy with their service. The first time I came here I was happy with service and had the best pedicure, second time I came back and I asked the women to make my nails Square and thick but I didn’t receive that I got coffin nails that I hate with a passion so I looked at the nail tech and said this isn’t what I asked for and don’t expect me to pay for this service.
