Anna is the BEST.
I had my first visit at Zaza and I didn’t know what to expect since I didn’t make an appointment. I needed to remove my acrylic gel set and just get the regular gel on my nails. They attended me so fast and my visit there felt warm and inviting. I loved that I didn’t have to look through a book for my gel color and I was able to pick it from their selection. Very professional and kind staff. My nail tech was An and I couldn’t recommend her enough, she’s amazing! Already anticipating my next visit back!

Do not come here if you have BIAB or builder gel on your nails. I usually love this place for pedicures, but my recent visit wasn’t great. I was in town visiting family and needed my nails done. I normally get BIAB infills (which they don’t do and that’s totally fine, I was happy to switch to gel). I specifically asked if they knew how to remove builder gel and they said yes… but they definitely didn’t. They clipped my nails *with the builder gel still on*, which made them crack and then cut them super short without even ask... read more
