All around fantastic purchase experience! 5 day return policy is unheard of, at least to me. Found some issues during the test drive and they fixed them right away before we even had time to complain. Would recommend for anyone who is tired of sleazy salesman experiences.
Fui a ver un carro Lexus RX350 y el manager a ultimo momento le modificó, o sea le aumentó el precio de venta en el sistema, en frente de mi cara. (Yo tenia el precio de venta en que lo habían publicado originalmente para la venta en captura de pantalla), por esa razón le doy 1 sola estrella.
Super impressed with this place! The vehicle we purchased needed minor maintenance completed and Mo made sure that was properly addressed before the car was delivered (which is an awesome perk as well as other perks that are included with the purchase as well!!) I also accidentally over paid and they were transparent about the situation and are very trustworthy people in my experience. Happy we found them and would definitely recommend.
I picked up a used Lexus for my daughter and the service there was top-notch. The vehicle is in excellent condition, They looked at any issue we had, And they delivered it to our home at no expense. Five star all the way will purchase here again, indeed
