Great food! But really rude staff. They make you feel like you’re bothering them if you ask a question. Just seem pissed at life. There was only one guy that was nice. Everyone else didn’t crack a smile once. Besides that, food was great!
Accidentally stumbled upon this gem while lost in the roundabouts of Conway and was sooo excited to find another Zaza’s! Can’t decide if I like the pizza or gelato better! Service and environment were well above satisfactory as always. Keep it up guys!
Three wings in my to go order weren’t thoroughly cooked. When I called about it, I was told to call back in thirty minutes because the manager was busy and I guess wasn’t interested in talking to me since I had already paid. Not impressed. They used to be excellent, both in food and service. I’ve noticed recently that their service was slipping, and today the food is an issue, too.
My husband and I ate there for the first time yesterday. It is my new favorite place!! We had the Roman pizza and some gelato. Delish!!! Will definitely be back :)
Today was a Sunday brunch fail. Our ticket order was 1:04pm. Belgian waffle and Biscuit Gravy came out fairly quickly but then our 3rd person at the table ordered Pizza. Pizza arrived 30 mins after ordering. We were long finished before our third person received their pizza. Waitstaff is so busy being busy they don’t actually slow down long enough to serve customers coming across rude. They could honestly take notes on service from David’s Burgers. Service matters as much as the food quality.
We ate a mid-day lunch/ dinner for Father’s Day today. We were playing baseball and we live on Sherwood. We’ve eaten at the LR location and it’s always excellent! This was just what we were looking for! Loved the location, friendly staff and enjoyed salad, the Grinder and pizza with the family. And of course we ended with Gelato. We play baseball in Conway often so we will definitely be back!
Our fave date night spot on Monday nights! 2 can dine for $16.99 is a great deal and the food is always the freshest!
