In 2015 I hired Zaza Contracting to install new shingles and eavestroughs and they did an exceptional job. Just recently, I had a concern about the roof and contacted Fred. The very same day, Fred sent a professional to assess the roof and he quickly put my mind at ease. They both went above and beyond by responding so quickly and they didn't even charge me for the visit. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others and would definitely work with them again!

The professionalism of ZAZA'S was amazing, Fred and Andrew & team provided outstanding help and support. They were prompt and thorough in explaining what had to be done and responding to all questions and concerns. The work encompassed major restoration of our home's exterior brickwork on all outside areas (replacement of all mortar and bricks where necessary, achieving exact matching etc). I clearly explained the issue to Fred over the phone when setting up the appointment, and I took time off work to be home for the visit. However, when Fred arrived, he said he didn’t have the expertise to explain how they plan to fix the problem and that their expert couldn’t come. He promised to send someone else, but it’s been a couple of weeks and no one has followed up. I wish he had just canceled the appointment instead of wasting my time. I recently hired the Zaza team to waterproof the exterior of my home to address a basement leak, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, it was an outstanding experience. We replaced an ancient concrete stairs, walkway and wooden landing that went from the street to our porch. Zaza worked with us to select the design, type of stone, colours and railing so we knew exactly what to expect, and the finished product more than met those expectations.
