Finding a contractor was honestly the worst part of this whole process. We met with so many sketchy or unsure people that we were this close to giving up. Then we met Fred from Zaza Contractors, and everything changed. He instantly made us feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely reassured, which was HUGE after all the weird meetings we’d had before. In 2015 I hired Zaza Contracting to install new shingles and eavestroughs and they did an exceptional job. Just recently, I had a concern about the roof and contacted Fred. The very same day, Fred sent a professional to assess the roof and he quickly put my mind at ease. They both went above and beyond by responding so quickly and they didn't even charge me for the visit. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others and would definitely work with them again!
The professionalism of ZAZA'S was amazing, Fred and Andrew & team provided outstanding help and support. They were prompt and thorough in explaining what had to be done and responding to all questions and concerns. I clearly explained the issue to Fred over the phone when setting up the appointment, and I took time off work to be home for the visit. However, when Fred arrived, he said he didn’t have the expertise to explain how they plan to fix the problem and that their expert couldn’t come. He promised to send someone else, but it’s been a couple of weeks and no one has followed up. I wish he had just canceled the appointment instead of wasting my time.
