Ordered my hair within 3-4 days I received it as advertised NO ISSUES FULLLLLLLLL COMMUNICATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE via email when I went to my PO BOX and the hair I was looking for was there A WAS LIKE A KID ON CHRISTMAS I CAN NOT TY ENOUGH I WILL MOST DEFINITELY SHOP AGAIN TY TY TY TY TY
