I just left this place tonight picking up a curbside order. I live 5 mins away so I was there in no time. Food came out cold and hard as a rock. The chicken tenders were dark and extra extra crispy that we could not eat them. Cheddar bites were just as hard and literally about 10 in the container seems as if they had been sitting all day! Lastly my Fries were soggy and I just throwed it all away. I've been to this establishment several times and never been so disappointed. The overall service at Zaxbys was very good. Te food was Prepared as well as served/delivered to customer's table, friendly service and it was with a smi5.
