The epitome of no customer service, no clue how to be ran efficiently
Zaxby's has cut back on the quality of their food has been declined the last few years you're not getting the same food you were getting portions you were getting a couple of years ago customers are noticing I never been to a Zaxby's and walked away unhappy with my meal I will not be returning to Zaxby's
Tried the Lemon Pepper wings because of the commercial. The wings were old and hard. Bunch of kids working there. No one was disrespectful but you can tell by the quality of service NO ONE CARES. Paid $19 for old hard wings ( wings only) when I should've went to Publix deli (20 wings/ $16).
