Man idk what type of people work here. I order on DoorDash and they never give me the sauce so I always have a dry sandwich. I asked my delivery driver to make sure they give him the sauce. I get the sandwich and it’s DRENCHED in sauce. It’s inedible.
I did a mobile app order. Tracking showed the order never went anywhere and then, said delivered. I called Zaxby’s. The lady that answered said she was on the way. I waited 15 minutes and called back. This lady said it was given to a delivery driver and I would need to contact Zaxby’s support. Never had an experience like this with an order.
I had a good experience! My food was hot and my lemon pepper wings were delicious. No complaints!
