The past 3 times I’ve been there I’ve received no Zaxbys sauce I thought that was just a staple. If you wanted something different or more you told them. But these kids they hire have no clue what’s going on in front of them. I’ll trash this place until they get better! How ever long that takes
STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. Half made salad, not even a whole piece of chicken on it. Over 12 dollars??? My ranch packet looked like someone stepped on it had hairs. Girl at register nice but told me coupon wouldn't work however it was because she didn't know how to ring it up. I had to wait until they finally called manager. We got someone else's food plus ours we took it to our table and gave it back to them instead of saying they couldn't take it back they did and I'm almost certain they gave it out to correct person. Whoever the black lady is that cooks about 4 days aweek on night shift is super great. The best chicken over the last year or so ever. And Lisa is the best manager ever..
The girl in the drive through was so extremely rude tonight to my bf like the worst attitude, said straw was in the bag- it wasn’t. and whoever is cooking must have been actually messing with us putting this much sauce on a nibbler sandwich. never going back to this one ever don’t waste your time drive to ringgold.
Favorite place to eat and workers are extremely nice
