When we got our food the tray was a mess. Looked like they made our food on the tray
Upon entering the restaurant, I immediately noticed a terrible odor. Although Jaeelyah was not the team member who initially took my order, when I informed her that my food was incorrect, she immediately became defensive and rude instead of trying to resolve the issue. After I returned the incorrect food, one of the cooks made a fist and repeatedly punched it into their other hand, which I found to be intimidating and unprofessional. We got the family zax pack, and it was wonderful! Was able to comfortably feed 4 people with it. We also got an extra thing of fries and toast.
No idea why they give ranch dressing when they no longer give celery. Wings are just better with they celery accent. Sad
