I'm pretty irritated. I ordered 6 extra chicken fingers and they gave me 5. I also repeated my order mutiple times. It does say 6 on the receipt as well. The chicken fingers are already pretty small and seems to have gotten smaller over time. I got all the way home and saw one was missing. I called and she said do you want to come back and I said well not tonight bc it's too late. They close at 10 and I'd have to rush back to get it while the rest of my food got cold (or colder than it already was). So I told her I'd have to... read more

I tried Zaxby's for the first time a week or so ago and was very pleased. The food was delicious. My second visit, same. Yesterday was my third visit. As you can see from my email receipt, I ordered on the app at 1:37pm, and you can see the ticket attached to my meal, I received it at 2:09pm - that's 32 minutes! Further, numerous people came to the counter, ordered, and a few minutes later received their food. My order seemed to have gotten lost somewhere. Having to wait 32 minutes for 5 wings and 5 tenders is inexcusable.
