15 minutes for our food, while others received their food right away
There were multiple employee's standing and talking to one another the only employee that made any eye contact with us when we stood at the counter was back in the kitchen. One of the female employee's approached the counter where we were waiting picked up something from under the counter and walked away still ignoring us while laughing and talking to the other employee's. Me and my best friend visited this Zaxby’s location this afternoon. I waited for her to come out of the ladies room, so did not immediately approach the counter. At no time did anyone speak to me or acknowledge my presence. When she returned, we both approached the counter and four employees who were talking amongst themselves, saw us and continue to talk among themselves for a few minutes And again was never greeted or offered any service whatsoever. This was my first time in Zaxby’s and it will also be my last.
