Customer Review I come to this Zaxby’s location at least twice a week, and they never disappoint! On my latest visit, I placed an online order and accidentally messed it up on my end. Will at the front counter and the manager were both incredible—they handled my mistake seamlessly, fixed everything right away, and really hooked me up. The service was top-tier, and as always, the food was hot and delicious. I absolutely love this location and the team running it. Five stars all the way!
Came here to dine-in on a Sunday afternoon; line moved quickly and the food arrived hot almost as soon as we found our seats! Highly recommend this location. Everything was cooked to perfection. Very clean inside. Will be back.
I finally have enough money to move out of marietta and I'd be lying if i said i wasn't mostly happy about never having to come back to this location. Unfortunately this has been the closest zaxbys to me for the past 3 years and every time, against my better judgement, I'd take a chance coming here, they'd somehow find a unique and new way to mess up my order, without fail. This is the best Zaxbys North of ATL. Super friendly staff and the inside of the restaurant was clean and well maintained. Absolutely loved they had trees around too.
I’ve gone to this Zaxbys for years but the past three times I’ve gone, I’ve been disappointed with my food. Something has happened as of late where when I order large fries with my meal I get regular or minimal fries. I know this because I ordered a large and regular and the large actually had less fries. I know it’s only $.40 but still I love their fries and want more. Then today I ordered a Zenzation salad. The lettuce was not fresh most of it was the reddish old lettuce color.
