They either don't put enough salt on the fries or way too much. Today all my food tasted like they dumped all the salt on it, the tenders, fries and toast. And the employee forgot my sauces, I got one bbq sauce but not the zac sauce or ketchup.
I used to love Zaxby’s, I’ve had it consistently for about 8 years at this exact location. It used to have juicy chicken tenders and saucy boneless wings. The quality over the last year has gone down however, by a lot. I haven’t gone nearly as much but I decided to give it a try with the BOGO deal for national wing day. I got a 10 piece meal and I was so disappointed with the boneless wings. It was barely covered in sauce, the chicken was 60% breading, it was hard and so tough at the same time.
