I love their fries but the portions are smaller and price is the same. They season heavily. Tbh been here 2-3x/month and had some snafu each time.
The young man in the drive-through, his name begins with a W was so kind and respectful. Happy to see such good customer service at Zaxby's.
I was disappointed to find several (15 or more) pieces of slimy dead green lettuce in my Cobb salad .
OMG ! Paid almost $5.50 for a Strawberry Milkshake and went about 5 miles down the road and it tasted it, I can honestly say it was the worst MS I have had in 50 years! Just bland as hell no flavor at all. Also tasted almost sour.
