All was so great! Got the wings n things combo and a couple sauces to try. Wings and chicken tenders were perfect, fries were great. They were so creative on suggestions, get the lemon pepper rub then get the teriyaki and a ranch dipping sauce, holy buckets. Southern hospitality at its finest.
Food tasted alright but not great. They forgot my straw and all three sauces in my order and I had to pay extra for one of them. Will not be going back.
love zaxby’s hands down. the manager at the one in tupelo (think his name is Chanler) knows my order by heart, even down to the drink.
The Zaxby’s at Barnes Crossing is one of my favorite eating spots in Tupelo. The store is always clean, the staff is always friendly and the food is always great. And I have to say, the manager that has been working most of the times that I have stopped by, is one of the nicest people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting! His name is Chanler, and friendly personality , kindness and big smile made my day! I wish every manager was as nice as he is!!
