09-28-26 Went to get some food after the gym cause I was starving. The guy in there started to take my order then stopped me and said “actually we’re closed right now” it was 9:56 and they close at 10. They had already turned the fryers off so they couldn’t make any more food is what they said. I was pretty mad. Don’t get me wrong I like Zaxbys but because of that I may not return.
Usually zaxby's has good hot food and friendly servers. Not this one in Bowling Green. Not only was the woman taking my order rude and didn't sound like she wanted to be there. The food they handed me was cold, burnt toast, not completely cooked fries, and the chicken wasn't even good. Very disappointing.
So I live very close to this Zaxbys and I eat there all the time. Whoever was working night shift on September 5th, everyone single one of them needs a raise. The service was outstanding and I will be coming at night more often.
