Waited at the counter at 4:30 pm for over 10 minutes and they wouldn't take our order. And one of us was handicapped will not be back.
I have mixed feelings, initially I felt like leaving a positive review because the service was friendly, pretty quick and the food was nice and hot, but as me and my table sat down, we were joined by the woman who had initially taken our order, I found it odd, but it quickly turned into a bigger problem, she sat with us until we finished our meal, would NOT shut up about her personal life and religious experiences, I'm a Christian myself but I was not coming to Zaxby's for a sermon, least of all on my lunch break.
