Service is terrible. I understand getting the youth to work but this store needs to understand the employees need TRAINING. Not only was the order wrong but the guy at the window took the food back sat it in the window and proceeded to play with his hair while they fixed it. The girls working the lobby register spilled a milkshake on the floor and proceeded to walk over it. Not sure why I was asked if I wanted a straw but this store has taken a huge step back.
