Was asked to pull forward to wait on one of the two meals. 8 minutes later the girl comes out with only one meal and walks off, and seemed annoyed when I asked for my other meal. Once I opened it it looked like a toddler played with the frys and the sandwich is a soaked in ranch piece of chicken with smashed bread, but silly me to think it would have been anything different.
Food old, cold, hard, and small. Lemon pepper sauce not really sauced well. I’m good on that I never have to go back.
Went through the drive-thru on 9/20 and ordered a 4-piece with extra fries and cheddar bites. After three attempts, they still couldn’t get the order right. Got home and realized I didn’t even receive what I paid for. By far the worst Zaxby’s in Covington.
