What in the actual hell is happening here. You order online for curbside, it never comes. You walk - through the drive through - to an unmarked window and ask for your order? It still doesn’t come. There is no instruction online for how to actually obtain your order.
This is the 2nd time that this location has provided subpar service within the same month. Made me pull up and wait 10 minutes to bring food out. Order was incorrect and barely any sauce on the wings. I will stick to the Kirby location from now on. Ridiculous!
