I have eaten at this location for years. Went there one last time today 12/8/24. I was told the restaurant was permanently closing at the end of day today. I am really going to miss this location. I have gotten excellent service and hot fresh food each visit. I wish all of the employees well with this sudden closure.
Horrible customer service: I recently visited your location, and unfortunately, my experience was highly disappointing. The service I received was unprofessional and left much to be desired. While placing my order, the staff member taking it continuously interrupted me, cutting me off mid-sentence, which made it difficult to communicate my order clearly. I ordered a Zax pack. All they gave us was thin, dry pieces of chicken. What a rip off!!! And this location did not have salads!! This is the last time I come to this location!! And I didn’t get a receipt, so I can’t complain online.
Loved the customer service from Nia and shayna very positive work environment can't wait to come again
Do not come here they will tell you to go to front and sit and park and give your food away and will not re make your order
