I came in a couple days ago to try out zaxbys for the first time and came in at a calm time of day, I ordered 4 chicken fingers with a coke and this wonderful young man (who i later found out was named juelz) prepped me my meal. It was wonderfully made and i cannot stress enough how much i enjoyed my meal and time at zaxbys.
Great wings, a bit pricy though and food took a while. Good ambiance.
I repeated my order 3-4 times, yet I get home and it's still wrong. I order a salad.with grilled shrimp, but given chicken - a protein I DO NOT & WILL NEVER EAT! I asked for a particular dressing and was given a thick sugar-filled sauce all over. So why ask me what type of dressing I wanted 🤷🏽♀️ The drive-thru guy also got the other portion of my order wrong, as if it's just regular practice for him. Didn't take it seriously at all.
The service was great! I believe it wS the manager who waited on me, very pleasant and suggestive. I was unsure of what to order, and she was great. The Shrimps was great, I ordered the Buffalo shrimp also I didn't like too saltly.
This was my first time ever trying Zaxbys and I was very disappointed unfortunately. I ordered the kickin chicken sandwich and what i was given did not match the picture on the screen. It was like drenched in buffalo sauce almost like a soup. So I couldn’t really pick up the sandwich and eat it, it was a super soggy buffalo sauce sandwich. I had to pick at it to eat, but it was okay tasting. The fries were really bad, but that peach tea was gooood! I wouldn’t come back though unfortunately:(
