I was ordering fries in the drive thru and asked the employee to choose between zax sauce and ranch for me. She chose ranch and she was soooo right, it was perfect for the day Thank you to the pretty blonde girl!!!
Last 3 times they have forgotten the BLUE CHEESE on the BLUE Zalad… cmon now kids! I’ll give you one more chance then I’ll go back to my other spot.
I recently visited this Zaxby's twice, once last week and again this week and both times the restaurant was extremely hot inside. It was so uncomfortable that I couldn’t even sit and eat my food there. I honestly don’t know how the employees are able to work in those conditions with that much heat. I hope management can fix the air conditioning soon, because it really affects the experience for customers and the staff.
