We’ve been loyal to Zaxbys for years, specifically this location in PSL for the convenience. The day time staff lacks customer service skills, clearly they hire anyone willing to stand around. Walking up to the counter the girl had her AirPods in and didn’t even have a uniform on, I ordered a kickin’ chicken sandwich combo and there was barely any sauce on the sandwich.
