I placed a curbside pickup order and it said it would be ready by 12:35pm. I arrived at the Brown bridge location at 12:33pm. I answered “I’m here” in the app and when it asked what parking spot I was in I entered “1” and proceeded to wait. The location was not busy. I waited for 17 mins no one brought my order out. I ordered online from here twice each time my order takes 30+ mins. I wait while I watch them take all the other orders behind me. I tried to give them the benefit of doubt by going back a second twice but they repeated it again.
