Use to be a good location for quality hot food. I have been eating at Zaxbys for over 20 yrs around the state of FL and this one is horrible now. Since the GM Jennifer pasted away the food and service has gone down hill. Another DEI hire GM who has no customer service skills or cares about quality hot foods being served. I received a nasty email from someone after I answered my survey with all negative responses. Oh well as I said in my survey it was my last time at this crappy Zaxbys location.
