A lot of fat on the chicken that needs to be trimmed off. Better off making yourself at home to ensure better ingredients.
I dont know what happened to this Zaxby's, but its gone way downhill these passed couple months. For instance, the sandwich i just got has stale (solid as a rock) bread, almost no sauce, and the chicken patty is burnt. The packaging for the sandwich is covered in sauce (more than my sandwich has!)
This place used to be nice. Just paid 15$ for food and got an attitude and no sauce. I don't know if it's like a prompt system that the employees see when you order which prohibits them from entering what I say or something but it's really annoying to have to repeat yourself 4x to order anything. I'm sure it's annoying on the employee side as well. Super stingy on the sauces the last couple months. Whoever manages this place is a doofus.
