Just left here and Jeremiah and his crew did an amazing job w my food !
Jeremiah and his team were great! He greated us immediately after we walked in. He rendered his advice for food choice. Our meals were hot and the atmosphere was perfect. Keep up the great work.
Jeremiah the assistant general manager and his team had great customer service skills and got me and coworker on our lunch break in and out
Chicken was salty
I don't quite understand how Zaxby's (or any fast food restaurant) can have no fries, have no suitable replacement side (soggy potato chips or cole slaw is unacceptable), and have no available drinks except for sparkling water and tea. Wow! Completely ruined my mobile order! ...and no offer of a discount?! Doube-WOW! 🤯 No hard feelings. I hope they learn from this and get it together.
