Please get the darkskin lady with the short hair out the window! She is very rude , got an attitude when I asked for ranch.. told me she put ranch in my bag when I got home there wasn’t any. Her attitude is horrible, it’s giving miserable. Also, the wings taste old but everything else was okay

Only my second time ever at Zaxbys as I'm new to the south and both times I found the food and service to be better than other fast food restaurants. The salad was fresh, the chicken was tender, and the place was immaculately clean... what more could one ask for? Unlike many other fast food establishments, the fries weren't limp and soggy. Hours state open to 10PM Got to the drive thru at 9:35PM. Sat a minute. Employee came out the back door and told me to order at the window because the comms were down. Got to the window and was told by another employee they were closed…at 9:40PM.
