Took 10min for my food with no one in drive thru or in the lobby and one of the employee spit right in-front of me outside the drive thru window
I went to this location yesterday ordered the Buffalo Blue wrap…I got almost half way through 1 half and noticed it was BACON on it. This wrap doesn’t come with BACON I am allergic to BACON and it’s against my religion…I called the store back talked to Bella the Manager she said she’s been there 5 days and been trying to get things together…which had absolutely nothing to do with me! I also called Zaxby’s Corporate Office and filed a complaint I am suppose to her from the owners still haven’t! I was sick allllll evening thro... read more
Worst employees at any Zaxbys I’ve ever been to. Did an online order. My two meals weren’t ready 20 minutes after they said it would’ve been on the app. The employers were rude when I asked why my food was just started 20 minutes after it was supposed to be made. Ironically enough there was another upset customer that said he was waiting on chicken fingers and a salad for 35 minutes. He still didn’t have his food when I left
Bella was amazing staff was impressive and service was fantastic!$
