The food is usually pretty good and the orders are almost always correct, but they clearly don’t clean their fryers or change their oil enough. At least once a week the food tastes off from the over-used/old oil. It was so bad today that it was actually inedible
The food mid and staff bad and acting like children, you act like that in work place unprofessional. Will not be taking my money to this company anymore thanks zaxbys for that horrible service
I just wanted to leave a review for the young man in the drive through (I believe his name is Joseph). He alway is incredibly polite and makes sure my order is correct
Twice i order for me and my sister and they mess up my order both times. I ordered Mac and cheese with buffalo chicken on top and they gave me ranch chicken. Today I got a simple COKE and they gave me cherry coke. This feels personal, they've gotten my sister's order right both times.
