Lemon pepper chicken meal was good. Right amount of rub. Manager Larry greeted at counter. Helpful and friendly. Spill in lobby area, and he came and cleaned himself when most would delegate instead.

Incomplete and improper order. Dead roach and food debris on dining room floor and eating area. High potential for foodborne illness.
The food taste good but I felt chested because I ordered a 6 chicken finger plate w a large fry and subbed the cole slaw for more fries and got what appears to be simply 2 small orders of fries, granted this happens routinely at any location so I typically order the large without season or vice versa. The cashier didn't put my order in according to procedure so I wasn't asked my name or what type of sauce I wanted and my preference for my fries was ignored but the charge was still there.
