Sat in the drive-through for 10 minutes waiting on someone to come over the calm system after they said standby for one minute. There were no cars at the window when I pulled off and two people just standing there looking lost and confused. Horrible customer service to not give an update or to let the person waiting know that they haven’t forgotten about them, especially when people are on time crunches during a lunch break on a weekday.
