Stopped here on the way to Raleigh for lunch. There were only 2 other couples in the dining room so it was not busy. We waited approximately 18 mins for a chicken finger plate and a grilled chicken sandwich plate. There was no explanation or apology from the cashier. I think she was pretty young but hopefully she will learn as she gets older, good customer service goes a LONG way!

This was the best zaxabys experience I have got, Aisha was so polite and helpful with our coupons. Store is very clean and stocked!!!
Was greeted upon entry. Service was friendly and helpful. Food came out fast and was hot. Restroom was very clean.
Good music, food was good and it was brought out to us. Pretty good place.
