Customer service is always an issue when I go there. I’ve yet to encounter anyone working the drive thru with a friendly attitude. Makes you not wanting to spend any money there.

Food was excellent..but the lady that helped me, not so much...came in around 4pm on 11/30/25, no greeting, no smile..just downright rude! She behaved as if I was bothering her asking for ketchup! I shouldn't have to deal with her attitude when I'm spending my money! Do better, young lady! Oh, and they forgot the ranch that I paid for so I had to go back in for that, plus another serving of funky attitude🙄
