Excellent Food, Decent to Great Location, and Great Service! Plus my Parents really like the best Zakby's meals ever and so do I!
Our food was very good! We got two Cobb salads with grilled chicken, kids grilled cheese meal, 3 tacos with chipotle ranch which were very, very good, 2 teas. Matthew taking the order was very helpful and polite. The restroom was spacious and did have soap and paper towels.
Ordered a 5 finger meal with slaw and after driving off, we realized they didn't give me fork and only 1 sauce for the 5 piece. We had to drive back and park. My wife went in and they very rude and wanted to charge her for the 2nd sauce pack. She had to get loud with them to get the sauce and fork. UNACCEPTABLE! You need to take lessons from Chick-fil-A!
Didn't go in on 10/18 but was told to pull forward which isn't uncommon. Especially with salads and taco orders. The wait was a bit long but the staff was good.
