Food was horrible and overpriced! My fries were overcooked and no seasoning. The surf and turf was not good. I have just come to the conclusion this particular location food is not good.
Tried this location for the 2nd time a couple of days ago and was instantly reminded why I was not impressed the first time I visited. The staff is not friendly at all, you can hear the irritation in their voices even at the drive through. The young lady that gave me change tried to short me a dollar, when I pointed out that she owed me a dollar, she argued with me that she gave me correct change, did something on the register, asked to see the change she DID give back and then begrudgingly gave me the rest of my change. I seen the advertisement on tv and decided to try the shrimp combo. I was disappointed in the amount of shrimp 7 small pieces. The combo tasted fine just for the $ just felt it was not what I was expecting.
Zaxby’s in Meridian, MS, has truly disappointed me. I’ve been a fan of Zaxby’s for years, but this location is an embarrassment to the franchise. First, the customer service was shockingly poor. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, which set a negative tone right from the start. When I ordered my 4 tender meal, I was astounded to be told that sauces, which are usually included at every other Zaxby’s, would cost me an extra $0.65. This is completely unacceptable!
