I pre-ordered our food almost an hour beforehand, pick up was scheduled for 9:30pm...I got there at 9:35pm...was told at the drive thru speaker to pull forward to the window...sat there for almost 20 mins, drove 45 mins to get home, only to find out they gave me some old dried up wings, and over cooked French fries...not to mention the bad service I received when my food was finally brought to the window...no one apologized for the wait or even acknowledged how they didn't have my order ready. We stood at the counter waiting to order for 15 minutes and not 2 employee said anything to us so we walked out. Overall dont go here the service Sucks.
We waited over 30 mins for our food for an order we placed online. Your best bet is to skip this store and visit any other location.
I mean just look at it. Fries old as crap too.
