I guess that curbside isn't an actual thing anymore. I ordered curbside from here and waited 30 minutes before going inside to find my order sitting on the counter and the staff saying to me:"were you a curbside?" If you don't do curbside anymore, just take down the signs and remove the option for curbside from online, it's as simple as that. Also, their chocolate milkshakes taste like straight up chocolate syrup and nothing else, horrible.

Reason for a 3 star is because the chicken fingers have taken a dive in quality. Besides that I find gristle in a lot of it and also the size more represents chicken bites than chicken fingers, they are so small. And there has been many times both my wife and I have gotten sick after eating at the one in Grovetown.

I just had to do this because I’m so tired of it. First of all I work hard and all I want is just for once to pick up my order and have it be accurate. I’m tired of paying for food that I don’t get. This location never gets it right. Ever. The one time they did the toast was burnt. I try not to eat out much so when I spend my money on food I’d like to get what I pay for. The best zaxby’s I’ve visited. Jazmine, Nolana and Nick are phenomenal!!! Best customer service and food hot & fresh!!!!!!
