I love Zaxby’s quesadillas the chicken bacon ranch & the southwest are both so good hot made to order, yummy! Great customer service too!
Wow nothing go's better with chicken fingers like the fries, however this is the second time MY fries were cold as ICE. The last time I ordered on line, this time I went in hoping. the fries were Hot ,looks like the fries were from yesterday. I guess I will just order the fingers from now on. Lesson learned H Beach
This restaurant has the worst service. I went there and purchased a zax snack meal. I waited 15 minutes and then approached the counter to inquire about my order and I'm told my order was given to someone else. I'm not going to discuss the manager but to say don't offer me $5 for my time and have a blessed day.
This was my first visit to this particular Zaxby’s. It was a great visit! The cashier who took my order was very friendly and helpful with food selections. I chose the Zensation Zalad with the grilled chicken option. I also got a peach sweet tea, which was excellent. Just a minute after I ordered the staff came to let me know that the egg roll would take precisely four minutes to cook. It was worth the wait because it was nice and fresh.
