I typically go to Zaxby's for their Zalads - not sure why, but this location always has browning lettuce included with fresh. They'll get more stars if they keep the brown out. Scored service lower because we had to wait for the chicken on the Zalads. We were told 6 minutes but waited almost 15. Waiting so long for chicken at a chicken place is a miss.

Very faced paced workers with great attitudes. My food was way better than I expected. I will definitely come back in the next week.

Normally a decent place, however, today it was kind of dirty - tables needed to be wiped down, garbage on the floor, etc. Food-wise, the Texas toast in our three meals was cold, the coke machine had run out of an awful lot of flavors and there were no small cup lids. Been back a couple of times since the original critique. Much better - all criticism had been addressed. It wasn't crowded, two other tables in use while we were there. Disappointing but hopefully an anomaly.

My husband ordered at this Zaxby’s through the drive thru and while my son was eating it we noticed it had plastic inside. I called and the person that answered told me to come any day and they will redo my order. When we went they said we were trying to make a false accusation just to get free food and treated my husband poorly. I don’t recommend this Zaxbys at all. Poor customer service.
