I visited tholis location today. I placed an order on the app for drive thru pickup. I get to the drive thru and my order was not ready. The fact that it wasn't ready was okay because I was earlier than the stated time. I was instructed to pull into one of the pick up spots and someone would bring it out when it was ready.
