I walked in and there was a small line.. 3 people no big deal. I just wanted a drink and I was ignored.. I was at the register ready to order and she just walked away to talk to her friend and then helped a door dash person that wasn't even in line before me .. I'll spend my money somewhere else thanks

Due to frequent business travel, I have visited numerous Zaxby’s establishments in the vicinity. However, I have found this particular location to be the least satisfactory overall. The primary reason for my dissatisfaction lies in the absence of the excessive sauce that is commonly applied to the boneless wings at other Zaxby’s outlets and continuously leaving napkins and forks out.
