I get one thing of Zaxby’s sauce, but you go and you fill my cup up with ice. It’s so annoying. I want to enjoy my large Dr Pepper. I don’t want a cup full to the brim with ice.
No one can listen to simple requests! If someone asks for no toast on the salad because of an allergy, don’t just take the toast off and hand the exact same salad back! Better yet, when you’re asked to remake the salad, don’t forget to put half of the other ingredients in it. Terrible service.
Food was good, but the restaurant was in horrible shape. All the trash cans were overflowing, floors were sticky, food was on the floor, tables werent clean, bathrooms looked like they hadnt been cleaned in days and there were no paper towels.
i come here pretty often after classes to grab lunch/late lunch. i ALWAYS ask for extra seasoning, and there is literally BARELY any seasoning on my fries. i actually got the app today and asked for extra seasoning on my mobile order, and there was STILL no extra seasoning. other than that, i’ve had no issues, but like… come on.
I was so disappointed! My favorite item are ZAXBYS Veggie Rolls...When my order came out, they were burnt like extremely dark brown and dark brown blackish at the ends. My husband brought it to the cashiers attention. She apologized and she put in a replacement order. She said she spoke with the cook and he said that's how they are...The replacements came out the same! I couldn't even bite down on the ends of them!
