I ordered 2 Zax chicken sandwiches with spicy sauce off the app. I arrived about 10 minutes later, and still had to wait 20 minutes for my food. After getting home, my wife and I opened our box, and BOTH chicken sandwiches were missing the top buns! Who does that?? They were also missing the spicy zax sauce, due to no top bun. they re heated my moms fry’s after she went up and told them we need fresh ones horible food cooks need to be fired
I'd heard how good they were but I went through the drive through not only did I have to pull forward an wait for long time but I was very disappointed with the food in the food now I don't mide waiting because it most of the time is hot an fresh but this was over cooked an not very hot , I would eat my next chicken at Bojangles right beside Zaxby's so don't even try the place you'll be sorry if you do I promise!!
