I recently visited Zaxby’s and ordered a five piece traditional wing meal. When I got home, I only received four wings. I emailed the manager just to let them know and that it wasn’t a big deal. He responded back to me very quickly and apologetic. He also told me to come up there and get a replacement meal for the mistake. I just went up there to receive it and again the manager and assistant manager were very nice and apologetic and also gave me a free cookie.
