The first time we tried zaxby's we had a horrible experience. After waiting over 10 minutes, we were told they were out of some of the food we ordered but still never got the rest of the order just to be told another 20 minute wait for the rest of the order and replacement. We ended up getting a refund but the manager also gave us a card to try the location again. We did and our experience was way different. Not much of a wait, good food and really clean store. After trying the 2nd time, we may be back.

They always forget something and they run out of stuff alot. Nothing really appealing about zaxbys

Drink came out with so little ice that by the time I got home it had all melted. (10 minute drive btw) Wings, tenders, and sandwich are all cold. And not like it already had cooled off, more like it was never heated all the way up. The fries are hard, like we got hours old fries from the dinner rush. Was told their tea machine was... read more
