We are huge Zaxby fans, but today while traveling through Elizabeth City we stopped for lunch and a bathroom break. The bathroom at this location was so digustingly unclean and messy! Water all over the floor, no toilet paper, broken dispensers, trash bags in the sink, etc. Given the shape of the bathrooms, we decided not to stay and eat. If the kitchen is anything like the bathrooms, no thank you. ☹️
They must have got a new cook I’ve ordered the same kicken chicken sandwich and it’s been amazing every time this time it was missing a chicken strip normally had 3 so I had a limb sand wich and they drowned it in hot sauce instead of how they normally do it.
Bathroom floor flooded. Kids grilled cheese soaked in butter. Tables and drink area dirty. All while staff stands around, one employee sat on her phone our entire visit. This store has a lack of management. The employee who took our order did recognize the grilled cheese was awful and offered us another meal.
This Zaxby's is so poorly run 2 salads ordered online, 20 minute drive and 20 minutes in the dining room waiting Staff just walking in circles, nothing being done by cooks as they laugh and joke in the back Really embarrassing
