This Zaxby's is so poorly run 2 salads ordered online, 20 minute drive and 20 minutes in the dining room waiting Staff just walking in circles, nothing being done by cooks as they laugh and joke in the back Really embarrassing

One of the worst zaxbys I went to the manager Kyler turner will give u refund because he ain’t worrying abt trying to make things right. Waited 30 mins for some fries. My food wasn’t done until I got my refund and threw it away in my face. Don’t go here

I pull up to the intercom and before I even ordered was told “it’s a 20 minute wait. I said for what. She said everything. All I wanted was loaded fries. They pulled everyone in a parking spot. I get home. There was a lettuce piece in there. And a wonton strip from the Asian salad in there. I tried to call back being that I lived in Currituck, to my surprise when I hit the number to be connected the phone hangs up. I don’t think I’ve ever been so disgusted I ordered fries. I waited in line for 30 mins hot, BUT once I got to the window I did ask the young man there to remake my husbands order because it definitely was soggy and cold, and that’s exactly what he did. He even started getting on his staff to get it together so, very thankful for him. He was even mad my salad wasn’t ready or made correctly 🩷 thank you so much
