If only I could put 0 stars I would! Today after waiting for more than 30min because the cars were wrapped around the building , I had finally gotten my food and still stood at the window for waiting 5 more min because the two workers who were there were moving so slow. The food was alright but horrible workers and the fact they had so many cars in the lane and didn’t try to look hard workers says a lot. It took 30 minutes to get one order of wings and things and one order of nibblers. Food was cold and no reason why it took so long. The staff was too busy, joking and carrying all to take care of the paying customers. Management should really take a look into this, but they probably won’t. Not my first time with this restaurant. - Update - submitted feedback as requested. Doubt I will hear anything back.
if i could give this specific zaxbys 0 stars i absolutely would. everytime i go no matter what time of day the food is always cold, stale, and NASTY. i see why this zaxbys gets barely any customers. the food was cold and nasty and the customer service isn’t there either. save your money or go to south park street for a better experience and good food, this zaxbys won’t be getting my money anymore. how do you mess up a chicken finger and fry ????
No where near close saying they cleaning milkshake machine and no sprite waited 30 min for just fries
