It was just mid. We got there and the place was empty. Was there around 7pm. The food tasted like it was set out. Will try again and update.

Absolutely the best experience I could have had at a Zaxbys! Walked in to a cashier with a smile on her face and very patient while I placed my whole order and read it back to me! A couple ended up paying for our meal and that was very kind which I think upped the experience a bit but every staff member I encountered was very kind!
