This zaxby’s has amazing customer service. Especially, Julian. But everyone seemed like they cared about the customers. Our chicken fingers and fries were top notch. The chicken, bacon ranch fries were just ok. They needed a lot more bacon and ranch. They were dry. Coming here makes me want to go to Zaxby’s more often.

Daphne, the manager is always on point, with her politeness! You can tell her employees appreciate her and her style. The employees are very efficient and polite! Food is always fresh!
Food is okay just don’t order online. If they tell you to park in a numbered spot to wait for food you’ll be waiting forever and still get soggy food. Even if you go in and get it yourself it will still be soggy food that’s been sitting there. I think when orders are ready to be taken to people waiting in those spots they wait 10 or 15+ minutes before bringing them out which is crazy.
Love the buffalo wings and the fries, especially with the zaxbys sauce
