Ordered through the app, checked in, had to call, their app was having issues on why they didn't see we were checked in, then they made up for it with their customer service!
There’s an older lady that works here that is crazy rude. Not only have I had multiple bad experiences with her at this Zaxbys, but she has even walked into where I work (in her Zaxbys uniform) calling the whole restaurant racist. Everyone was kind to her and provided her with great customer service. Giving this Zaxbys location a bad look
