Why is there such a night and day stark contrast between the Millington location and the one in Atoka. In Atoka I'm addressed with professionalism and the attitude of ready and willing to cater. Solid food put together with care. Millington location. Sub par food. And yet I'm being peaked at around corners and actively being talked about Everytime. What would you feel about the same incident from someone who is preparing your food?
service always fast and nice, foods always hot and right! love this location. i live in bartlett and come here for my zaxbys fix!
Came tonight to order 4 finger plate with no slaw, extra toast, large fries. Well they forgot my toast and gave me half my strips and replaced the other half with wings and about 10 french fries. By the time I realized the royal mess up, they were closed. Thanks zaxbys in millington for always failing on the simple orders.
