The order accuracy is completely trash for as much as you pay for tenders and fries. You also should not be missing any condiments that you pay for. Do better!
Everyone was respectful and professional. Food was well seasoned and good. Items was reasonably priced.
The worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant came in to order food ordered. The food went to sit down and the employees pulled all the booths out while people were in there which is a health code. Violation made a great big mess after they made a mess. Said something to them about it and the manager came out and told us we had to leave because we said something to them about it I will make sure everybody knows this situation happened and the management was the cause of it
After a 16-hour shift, I stopped by Zaxby’s expecting the fresh food I usually get. I was told they no longer take phone orders (which I rely on for specific requests), so I ordered in-store instead. Unfortunately, the food was a huge disappointment. The chicken was overcooked, hard, and tasted old—completely inedible. Even the egg rolls were not fresh.
