I went to Zaxbys on Hacks Cross in memphis. Ordered hot honey mustard traditional wings/ tenders all flats. Get home The wings no HHM sauce NO SAUCE AT ALL PLAIN! REALLY! The kitchen people need to pay attention! Give people what they order!! These meals are not cheap. That's why I haven't been here in a year I would try it tonight and here we are again! Ridiculous! I will NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!
Came to get some food for my pregnant wife, simple order, honey hot with lemon pepper sprinkle and the staff was not accommodating. The rude lady on the speaker had a smart mouth and decided to tell me to “get my wife to put the lemon pepper on it.” I don’t know if she was having a bad day or what. But she should learn how to speak to customers. Horrible customer service. Absolutely horrible.
Food is good, but the customer service is quite unfriendly. The employees act like they don’t care. While interacting with the cashier, it seemed like she just wanted to get me out of the way.
