I frequent this Zaxbys at a few times a month and typically it’s a great experience but today was completely different. Though I received great customer service through the drive thru, I made it home to open my bag to find my spicy sandwich not even warm (I live 5 minutes away so it should have still been hot). I open the packaging thinking maybe it was hot inside but it wasn’t. This is my first meal of the day and i can’t even enjoy it.
I just spent $24 at your location and everything is cold!!! I only live 2 miles from the store! This sucks! Wings cold. Fries cold. Boneless wings cold. Fingerz cold! So frustrating!!! Thanks.
