Poor service. Avoid this place until a sufficient staff is present. Today 12/21/25, I went to Zaxbys for lunch and below is the reason for this complaint: -12:51 PM - I ordered my food online in the restaurant. It was expected to be ready at 1:10 PM per order confirmation. Granted, there was a small group in front of me but they all recieved their food within 15 mins from their order. I was very hesitant to visit this location due to the low rating/ bad reviews. My experience was very good! Food was delicious, order was accurate and arrived timely, and personnel (they were WAY overstaffed) was professional. The only detraction is due to too many people being on the clock. I saw lots of standing around with arms crossed, talking, and lack of focus, but the mgr. (working on back line) was great!
Don’t waste your time
The dining room is never open. Please hire enough staff to properly run your business.
Gotta get “Queen” out from behind the counter. I spend my entire lunch breaks waiting due to her walking off or chewing out the kitchen staff.
