OMG, are you guys trying to kill me with salt? I tried Zaxby’s after seeing an online advertisement and ordered the Southern Fried Shrimp meal. The food was pathetic and overly salty, including the fries, shrimp, chicken, and even the bread. The Diet Coke Zero also tasted off and had a strange smell. Overall, the quality did not meet expectations. I am disappointed with this experience and would appreciate a refund.
I ordered a 6 piece chicken finger plate with tongue torch and teriyaki... I had to tell the girl 5 times what sauces then get to the window and pay... It didn't take that long at all but got my food and before I could get all the way from beside the building I checked it and didn't have my slaw.. so I backed up to the window and a different rude employee comes... We have stop here three different times. First two times we waited 30minutes or longer and so we rode off and tonight got our food and it is not even close to the standard of food from the rockhill zaxbys by Home Depot. This Zaxbys food was old looking and tasted old the fries weren’t cook all the way the tenders were over cooked sat in grease/oil to long and just nasty. My tea was not iced enough all the ice was melted and the tea was warm when I got home and I live in fortmill.
This is the second review I’ve written, I made the mistake of returning only because my daughter likes the food. ABSOLUTELY the WORST service EVER! I’m NEVER in line for less than 40 minutes. Clearly corporate doesn’t care at all. The last time, same situation and I received a phone call from the manager, offering nothing…. Not even a decent apology or explanation!
