I ordered a boneless wing meal last week that the chicken was super old. Then today I was like what are the odds they suck again. I ordered a kickin chicken sandwich and received chicken fingers. 100% do not recommend this place they are the worst.
I went to the drive through yesterday around 4:15 there were two cars in front of me. It took 15 minutes to get to the window to order. Once I finally got to the windowaftre th car in front of me was asked to move to the side several minutes later, I was also asked to move to the side It took another 15 minutes to get a plain grilled chicken. I love zaxbys but they need to hire real cooks not highschool kids.
On Friday August 22, 2025 at 11:25 pm. We went to the Zaxby's on Carowinds Blvd. There was a long line. It took us at least 15 minutes to get to the speaker to order our food. When we pulled up and the employee working the speaker said "Hold on". After ten more minutes she said "We are closed". I asked if we could please order food. She said " It is going to be a long wait. Are you willing to wait." I said no and drove off. It was 11:50pm when we left. The store hours says they close at 12am. Very disappointed!
