The people were great. Everything was great. I can’t explain how amazing this was. I love Zaxby’s. The country music in here reminds me of my grandma’s house the southern fried chicken makes my mouth water. everything was clean and everything was perfect.
i’ve never been to Zaxby’s that I’ve treated me like their family. I truly do feel like I’m back at home in Alabama. I really really really love Zaxby’s now my server Ben was the best he made my 2026 I LOVE IT HERE
Ben blessed me and the fellas with some banana milk shakes. The goat great food great service and a great atmosphere.
I ordered a “make it big” with extra seasoning on fries “Big Zack Snack” for my daughter after softball because she is always starving. We got her meal and it was all thrown around in the container, didn’t look fresh, and barely had any fries with NO seasoning. Her extra large Dr. pepper was flat. This is honestly the ONLY Zaxbys we have been to that was no good. Do better Hamilton Mill please, I called and she gave me a refund at least. Customer service was great, food was no good!
