If I could personally give the entire team a raise, I would. Form the moment I walked in the service was excellent. Please understand, This is the best Zaxbys in a 30 mile radius and I will die on that hill. They serve the freshest Zaxbys chicken I’ve tasted in YEARS.
Not what it was in the beginning. Smaller portions, great staff and bad location. Hard to get into.
The staff is so friendly and accommodating. I had a complaint and they didn’t treat me like trash but were totally understanding, and fixed my issue! Always positive and professional. My go to Zaxbys- will be back again and again!
